Established in 1984 by Terry and Annette Hewitson providing a range of catering services to the public.
The business is now run by Terry and Philip Hewitson offering a wider range of services including: Event catering, BBQ's and hog roasts to the public and corporate clients.
We offer a range of services depending on your needs. Option one is the hog roast; the pig/hog is laid in a tray cooked for several hours depending on its size then carved and served by our staff.
The simple service option is to have the pork served in buns to your guests with crispy crackling, applesauce and stuffing.
The next service option is to have the pork served plated with a selection of salads and potatoes.
Option two is a spit roasted pig/hog; The pig/hog is attached to a metal rod and is then placed inside our roasting machine again for several hours but this way the pig is turned slowly during the cooking process.
The pork is served the same as the hog roast in buns or plated.
We offer a range of meats including, Turkey, beef, lamb, chicken and turkey
The roasting machine is also capable of cooking jacket potatoes, these can be served with a variety of fillings, as you would expect.
